December is more than just a month of holiday lights and cozy gatherings. It’s also a time to reflect on the connections that continue and also have been made throughout the year. In real estate, every closing tells a story, but it’s the relationships with clients, neighbors and community that truly make the season bright.
Many Families that purchased a home this year with us are settling into their new home, this is the first time they get to decide where the Christmas tree, Menorah, Kinara or whatever you celebrate gets displayed. Possibly hosting your first whole family gathering – “where can we squeeze in another table to seat our whole family”, maybe going through your mind.
Families that have sold their homes with us, have moved onto new and exciting places and they too will be figuring out their new space. Real Estate isn’t just about houses and home stats. It’s about people, bringing them together, creating a first, and making memories.
